Hey all you tranny experts,
need to fix a leaky gasket, have the gasket in hand but wondering if i should be using a sealant as well as gasket? its a pretty thick gasket...
Also, any tips on torquing/order of torquing bolts other than using usual criss cross pattern?
thanks alot,
Wayne in calgary

ps- its a 93 tranny in an 87, was just going to let the tranny fluid drain out via diff cover as i dont have any sort of siphoning pump and dont think it matters...
