As you stated in your original posting, the alarm's brain resides beneath the back seat. There is a chip inside of the casing/housing which relays information to and from your transmitter. All you will need to do is remove this chip and the alarm should be disengaged. Be very careful not to damage the chip...just retain it for installation once the car reaches its final destination. There may be some relays that can be removed, but I am unaware of them if there are. If you don't know what the chip looks like, take your alarm transmitter apart and there is an identical chip in there.
