The first thing I would check would be the windshield. They like to leak a little in the corners. The "fishbowl" windshield is a challenge to seal for most techs at glass replacement places.
Second, check the sunroof drains. Unfortunately I can't help you here because neither of my 900's have a sunroof. Someone here can walk you through it though.
Third, check the small gutter that runs beneath the windshield sill inside the engine bay. Lots of times junk collects in there and won't allow it to drain properly.
Fourth, check the bolt holes that attach the lower dash to the car. There is one on each side of the car, buried beneath wires in the area just ahead of the doors when you have the hood up. Try and put some silicone around these to seal them up. I did it by pushing some sealant into a long straw, positioning it over the bolts and then blowing through the straw to get the silicone out and around the bolts. Not perfect but it helped.
Fifth, check the door seal and make sure it is clean, rip free and seated properly.
I have spent some significant time chasing leaks on my 2 classic 900's. Really, the best way to find leaks is to pull all of the carpeting out and put the seats back in and drive it for a while in some weather or manufactured weather (ie, garden hose) That way when a leak starts you can see where it is coming from.
