90 T - only clicks when cold- starts when warm outside

In the past week, saab won't start just clicks in the morn. In the afternoon starts up no problem. Are there any known devices that stick or maybe condensation effects. Thought that the starter solenoid maybe sticking, but have not confirmed. Was thinking that the ignition sw itself was kinda of flaky!! In the past weeks, I have checked just jumping the starter by removing the yellow ign lead and it cranks - so sounds like good conections, but.
Kinda of hard to drive in the am - and it's really not that cold in ga.
Any thoughts on a cure for this.
