Could be something as simple as sway bar end bushings, They tend to make a clunling sound when worn out and a squeeking sound just before that. Try spraying the end of the sway bar at the lower shock mount with silicone spray. If that quiets the noise you have isolated the problem. Don't use WD40 as it eats rubber and be careful not to oversray onto your disc brakes. Also follow the sway bar up to the center of the car and spray the inner bushings inside the body work, Helps to cut the wheels hard right/left to access the parts.
sobstory sells poly sway bar ends for about $8 each and also lower shock bushings. I switched over to those years age and the squeeking went away. They can be a pain to put in but are a cheap mod to stop the noise and sharpen the handling,
