check out where the fan wires come out of the harness below the fans... namely below the left one(passenger side). are these wires bare? i suspect you have a short somewhere involving your fan circuit. when you say you replaced the radiator switch do you mean the thermo switch? if not, get one of those right away. you need to get the 82deg. version. flush your radiator out real good if you haven't already and put mercedes coolant in there and don't run anything else from now on. man my head had so many pits in it when i took it off to send it to the machine shop that it looked like a damn piece of swiss cheese up by the thermostat. after witnessing that first hand, it's just too obvious that i don't want to use that green crap anymore unless i want to burn some holes in metal things. but since i don't think i want to let the big holes finish eating their way through my head, i'm gonna use the good stuff.
