I'll guess that those two wires you pulled were part of the circuit for the central locking. Finding and reconnecting their respective connecting wires should restore the locking function. As far as constant power - there's got to be at least one wire back there with cp. The dash clock for one. If you remove the dash (intimidating, sure, but doable with the right tools and methodical labeling of plugs pulled from control knobs) you'll see there are lots of wires tucked down and around where the radio sits. More than likely you will find exactly what you need in that group of wires. At the least you can then easily splice in a wire from a cp source.
