Hmmm, I'm wondering why your pressure dropped in the first place or if you have a bum sensor that is sending a false low pressure signal.
While I think you are on top of this, recheck the pressure accumulator. When the car is cool, start the engine, and after the brake lights have gone off, pump the brake pedal rapidly. The lights should come on after 10 or more pumps and go out after a few seconds.
Now with the engine running and the hood open, I would tap on the pressure sensors on the side of the ABS/master just to see if the pump starts running. This is hardly scientific, but if the pump kicks in, I think you might be getting a false low pressure signal. The pump should only run when pressure drops below a certain level.
I'd also check for any signs of fluid leakage down at the wheels and at the brake lines. Check the brake line junction under the rear seat. I can't imagine an intermittent leak, but maybe??
