First, is the gauge a compound gauge (it shows both vacuum and pressure)?Second, are you actually driving the car and making boost (for example wot in 3rd) to check the gauge? If it is a compound gauge, and it doesnt go down at idle (show vacuum) you hooked it up wrong. If it is strictly a boost gauge, it will probably not show much movement at all if you are just revving it in the driveway, especially if it is a 60 pound gauge - which by the way is insane, you only need one that goes half that high. Perhaps you could sell that thing to Per Eklund...
