I recently got a mint one from a junkyard for $8. I've never seen one without cracks before, in a junkyard or on the road.
Once you get the facia and knee bolster out (may not even have to remove knee bolster but not sure), there are two screws under the pad on the right (directly below the glove box) and one screw on each side under the windshield which are accessible through the speaker grills. I took off the steering wheel as well (I think it's a 21 or 22 mm but I used a 15/16" socket) but think I could have done it without removing it. The hardest part was removing the wiring for the glove box light and switch. For some reason, those connectors are the type that you have to grab and depress a little metal clip to remove, probably to ensure that they don't accidentally come off since their hard to access.
If you do take the steering wheel off, be sure to put the nut back on one turn before you yank on the steering wheel to remove it. Otherwise, you'll probably smack yourself in the face with it and feel dumb.
Good luck!
