Jeff,
The 1993 is a fantastic year for the TC and you should find it to be a fun and reliable vehicle.
Performance would easily come through an APC enhancement and fuel modifications. If looking for a mild increase in engine horsepower, the APC could be modified to target 15 psi (over the factory 11 psi) as a DIY project which may allow for 1990-200 bhp. you should employ a 3.0 bar fpr or fuel EPROM (LH Fuel ECU) update at this level to accomodate fuel delivery.
If looking for 230 BHP, we typically suggest a fuel injector upgrade, EPROM enhancement or RRFRP and full APC upgrade (20+ psi). Exhaust, intake, and ignition timing enhancement would provide additional support but will not be mandatory at this level.
Best of luck with this convert. and regards!,
