You can put a catch pan under the radiator and get most of the coolant. Nothing really for the block, but if you drain the radiator first, less will come out the block bolt hole. The smaller block bolt in the circle is the correct bolt to remove.
I have not had a problem getting the mounts out on 16valve 900's, but If all else fails you can probably unbolt the P/S pump and then unbolt the mount bracket from the side of the block and finally unbolt the lower bracket from the bottom(reach through the wheelwell). Of course jack the engine up a bit. You can also unhook the front engine mount to get more lift freedom, but be careful not to jack too much and bend/jam the shift linkage.
