The HVAC control are lit by a single bulb that is accessible when the radio is removed from the upper din slot. Replacement bulb can be found at the local parts store.
The illumination for the switches are inside the switches themselves and unless you take the switches apart and you're good with a soldering iron the are not replaceable. You might try going to a junkyard and pulling the switches you need, if you're lucky you might find some with working lights.
To confirm that lights in your switches are indeed burned out you can pull the switch out and apply battery voltage to the proper terminals (don't remember which). If the bulbs are good you'll be able to light them up and then you'll know the problem lies else where. Most likely though, it's the bulbs that are at fault.
