Your slave cylinder is probably blown. You can remove the clutch cover to get a better look at the slave. Chances are, you will see fluid leaking down the housing from the slave.
To replace the slave, you will have to remove the clutch, so now is an ideal time to replace the whole works. I'd give Jim at site sponsor sobstory a call 800-583-0370. He has a clutch kit that includes the pressure plate, disk, throw out bearing, shaft seal, and slave. It's around $200 for the whole kit and he will make sure that you get the right one for your car.
Since your slave is shot, you can saw through the piston with a hacksaw(fresh blade) or sawzall. Just make sure you pop out the clutch drive shaft before sawing. This makes removal much easier. There are many BB posts on this subject. You do not need any special tools, but you will need to compress the fingers on the new pressure plate outside the car to insert a piece of #6 or #8 wire to keep the fingers depressed for installation.
You might also do the crankshaft seal at this time, if you are leaking any oil from the seal. Cheap part and takes about 15 extra minutes to install. The seal sits behind the flywheel. If the flywheel shows any dark spots or is scored, you can get the flywheel resurfaced at a machine shop for low $$. Use thread sealer on the flywheel bolts, if you decide to pull the flywheel.
While you might get lucky and be able to bleed the clutch by pumping the pedal, it's better to bleed with a pressure bleeder. You can buy one for about $40 or make your own out of an old bike tube. Search BB on "bike tube" for how2.
