Hello,

I haven't driven my SPG in weeks due to this problem that I can't figure out on my own, nor can I afford to pay to have fixed right now.

If anyone out there could give me some ideas what to look for, or possible fixes, I would be extremely grateful.

The car: a heavily modified 1990 900 SPG.
Modifications that might be worth mentioning...
-30# injectors w/300ohm resistor in AMM's orange wire
-1993 900T LH 2.4 ECU
-2.1-liter Cylinder Head & Intake Manifold
-2.5 bar FPR (just replaced with a new 2.5 FPR unit today)
-Forge Bypass Valve w/brand new O-rings

At idle my air/fuel ratio gauge reads 2 bars rich, consistantly. Sometimes it will read one bar rich, about every 10 cycles of the o2 scale. When cruising at 30-50 MPH, in 3rd or 4th gear, there will be 1 bar rich. As soon as you let off the gas and shift into the next gear, there will be an additional bar of richness on the gauge. Every time you shift, it always gets a little richer.

I am really frustrated at this point. I can't drive the car anymore and get 10 MPG, while dumping in a ton of extra fuel into my catylitic converter.

The only things I can think of...
-Maybe the throttle position sensor could be misadjusted? If the TPS is out of whack, could it make the car run rich by chance?
-Vacuum canister doesn't hold vacuum when applied with a Mighty Vac. I added a check valve in line to it, not sure if that really helps/solves anything. My vacuum/boost gauge reads 25-30 of vacuum at idle.

If anyone out there can lend a hand I would appreciate it!
Thanks in advance!
Taylor
