The two components you mentioned are what is within the dash, yes. APC transducer and sensor are the same thing. The one component with two nipples I'll guess is the over boost fuel pump cut-off switch and the dual connections are an either or option depending on how it's set in the dash. More than likely it serves duty in another car make and model and needs a different connection. If you hear hissing under the dash while the car is running, there is the possibility the diaphram inside the cut-off switch has ruptured and the open nipple is now a vacuum leak. Also, a loose fit around any vacuum hose and it's connecting point is not good. Try cutting off a 1/2 inch or so from the hose and see how that fits.
