If it's just a lifter, you could get some extra wear on a cam lobe. If it's something more than that (like a wrist pin or a rod bearing), I'd worry a bit more.
If your car hasn't had the cam cover off and the oiler tube fittings replaced, you may want to consider replacing the oiler tube fittings to verify whether or not that's the problem. I've seen the oiler tube kit at Thesaabsite.com
You can get the cam cover gasket from there or the other site sponsors for under $20. You'll want to change that at some point anyway.
