Oil Cooler lines rebuilt! ....and a great education!

I got the hoses rebuilt for a total of $32.50 at Pacific Rubber in Seattle. Hose material = $7.65. Crimp Ferrules = $8.20 Labor = $14. Local Saab indy wanted $50 for parts and $85 for labor to rebuild my hoses.
Process was to split off the old ferrules, pull the hose off the barbed/ribbed fittings, slide new hose onto the existing fitting, and crip new ferrules onto the assembly.
The 'swivel' I noticed was indeed the inner barbed fitting spinning inside the hose...my assessment in the previous post was WRONG. The guys at Pacific Rubber took the time to show me how it was worn and show me how it should be on some other hoses they had there.
Kudos on the previous posters who said to note the orientation of the fittings with respect to the hose. After all that 'swiveling' they were way out of sync and if I hadn't taken the time to analyze that aspect I'd have been making a trip home to do that before the lines could have been crimped.
I took about 1 to 1.5 hours to remove the lines. After removing the headlight assy, turn signal assy, and bumper, they came right off the cooler without any fuss. Getting them off the the top end took a little doing. I used a 22 mm wrench 1/8 turn at a time. The 17 mm crowsfoot wouldn't break the smaller nut loose from the big one so I cut the hose and wrenched it out with the 22mm.
