on a short metal pipe between two rubber hoses on top of the front of the engine, on the hose run heading for the radiator. it's like a 12 or 13mm and I have found it's best to release it under pressure after you have finished the job and warmed the engine up. air, then air/coolant mix will gush out them pure coolant. Coolant is dangerous to the environment and especially to pets (esp. dogs)who find it quite tasty, then they die a horrible death, so clean up carefully and try to capture the most you can. You can take it back to the auto parts store for disposal.
Ithink the water and coolant will mix on it's own after running,
Good luck, John
