There are some differences between 2.2 and 2.4 wiring, the key one being the connectors at the ECUs are incompatible.
Anyway, scrutinize the wiring diagrams in Bentley before making any final plans, but I doubt you'd need the harness from the donor Turbo car.
APC is mostly separate from other systems (aside from boost pressure and knock info from its own system, it gets an RPM signal from the ignition and that's it--nothing from the ECU). You'll need to remove the EZK ignition stuff and use a Turbo ignition and wiring -- should be pretty straightforward as half of the ignition control module wires are the same as EZK and the others are easily dealt with.
Little things like the Turbo's fuel/temp/boost gauge can easily be fitted. Also, if you want, you could probably cut corners on APC install by skipping the wiring for the cruise control (APC limits boost to base boost when cruise is on) as well as the brake switch (again, APC limits boost to base boost when brakes are pressed).
Just look at Bentley; should come clear...
