Your service intervals from the owner's manual keep going. Just take each item & use the same interval from the last time it was done.
If you want to think about additionsl stuff that's not even mentioned at all, here's a couple suggestions I can think of.
Power steering fluid. I liked to replace it every 100k miles or so, but it's not mentioned in the manual.
Manual transmission fluid. The manual for my former '89 said that stuff was 'permanent', you only had to add to make up for leaks. I didn't believe it so I changed it every 30k or so.
Don't forget brake fluid & antifreeze. These ARE in the manual, but it seems like everybody forgets them.
