Looks like the fuse is OK, so now go to the 3 connector plug just ahead of the driver door jamb. Check for alternating continuity on door side of connector as you turn key/lock back and forth. If bad a problem is in the door lock switch or the wiring in the door. Then on other side of connector, jump the outer to center contact. If door and hatch don't lock and unlock, chances are th problem is in the control module.
The module is attached via metal bracket to the passenger side plastic heat duct. Unscrew duct and pull down to get to the module. Open the module and look for breaks in the printed circuit. If you find a break, you can wire in a jumper across the break.
Bentley has a procedure for momentarily powering the lock motors at the module connector. I forget the pins, but you give the lock motor a brief shot of 12 volts. If locks work when powered directly, swap in a known good module or wing it and buy a new one.
