If you are shifting fine you should be alright until the new component arrives. I would expect to pay close to $100 for the slave cylinder. You should also replace the throwout bearing while you are in there. There is plenty of good info on this board. Does the clutch slip at all? If not, and you are trying to save money, then don't replace the clutch. The work that you will have to do in order to replace the slave is the same as the clutch. Took me an entire weekend the first time. Most of the time was spent attempting to get the clutch fingers depressed enough to slip in the clutch spacer tool. MAKE SURE that you do this before releasing the hydraulic pressure in the clutch system. Have a helper pump the clutch pedal and hold until you can insert the spacer. Good Luck.
