Cleaning/replacing corroded contacts

In fixing the central locking system in my 1992 900T Conv. I found that a few contacts in the socket for the Central Locking Control unit were corroded due to contact with water (I remember now clearly the unexpected rainy night when I left the top down). Is there a chemical that cleans the copper corrosion off of these contacts, and if not, is there a way to remove and replace individual contacts. Regular contact cleaner doesn't do it, and it seems impossible to get into them to physically clean them with emery cloth. Is there a Saab part number for these contacts, or a generic description? Thanks.
