It appears that you aren't too familiar with the cars. C900s do not use coil overs, they use a coil spring and shock. The best upgrade is a set of intrax lowering springs (ebay, http://www.spg9.com) and some nice Bilstein shocks (http://www.sasab.com). You can also add on some better sway bars and bushings (sasab also I think). I don;t think that there is a rear swaybar on a n/a 900. The best rims are SAAB superaero 16" rims, though they are extremely hard to find. After market rims are available, and I was told that the bolt pattern is similar to the Ford Focus. SPG9 also has some nice custom exhaust systems.
As for the Turbo... not sure there, I think it would be quite difficult to install a SAAB Turbo system into your car, and I'm not sure what else is out there. I'd hesitate to put a Rice turbo on it as you would probably blow her up because the n/a has higher compression than a Turbo engine, and High compression + turbo can meand bang!
Good luck, and please don;t get one of the damn pointless wings. A whaletale does the job just perfectly.
