I agree with 'RG Rude' go with the Zerex G-05. I't non corrosive, unlike the green stuff. Just drain the block and the radiator and flush them out with water and you should be fine.
I've heard nothing but bad things about DexCool. When I worked in the oil change biz I would allway see how the Dex would cause a build up inside the coolant resevior and I've heard it can corrode gaskets. My mom has a '96 Pontiac Grand-Am and has had to replace the water pump and some other gasket in the top end of the motor that is now leaking again, suspect is the DexCool. Aparently there is a class action lawsuit being organized against GM regarding the use of DexCool in their cars and the problems it's caused.
