I don't know of any such web site, but I'll give you what I can off the top of my head -- it's a pretty straightforward job.
First, to make life easy on yourself, remove the hood. It's unbelievably easy on these cars, but you'll need someone to help you lift it off and back onto the car. Open the hood, then find the two bolts, one on each hinge, that secure the cad plated pivot to the painted 'fork' on the hinge (12mm wrench?). Remove these two bolts, disconnect the winshield washer hose, then lift the hood off and set it aside. You'll also need to remove and set aside the ignition coil. When you re-install the hood, just set it back in place and install the two bolts - no adjustment required!
- Drain the radiator (bottom, r/h corner of radiator) and enginge block (drain under exhaust manifold). While you're at it you might want to do the flushing procedure at the bottom of this web page: http://68.18.143.89/cooling_system_folder/coolingsys.htm
- Disconnect the radiator inlet hose (upper r/h corner), the outlet (lower l/h corner) and the expansion tank balance hose (small diameter line, upper l/h corner of radiator).
- Disconnect the wiring to the fan switch in the upper l/h corner of the radiator.
- Disconnect the wiring to each cooling fan at the connector just below the fan. You might find it helpful to remove the driver's side fan from the radiator. Leave it in for now, but be prepared to remove it if you have trouble extracting the radiator.
- Remove the two bolts securing the top of the radiator to the support (10mm wrench?)
- Tilt the radiator back slightly and lift it out.
Install the r/h side fan on the new radiator, and the l/h side fan if you were able to remove the radiator with this fan installed, otherwise put the second fan on once the radiator's in the car.
If the new radiator comes with a fan switch installed, make sure it's the right one for your car. The Valeo aluminum radiators come with a switch, but it may not be the right one, and may not turn the fan on at the right temperature. Re-use your old one (with a new gasket of course) if you KNOW it's good, otherwise get a new one that's the right temperature rating.
Install the new radiator by reversing the removal procedure. Fill your cooling system (see the web site cited above), making sure you bleed the air from the system at the thermostat housing.
Good luck!
