I have an 85 and the stock plugs fit the H4 bulbs. I went with the stock wattage - 55watts low beam & 60watts high beam (I think). The improvement in lighting comes from the better Ecode lens, not an increase in power. Some people go with higher wattages but I find H4 55/60 to be perfectly adequate and an enormous improvement over the DOT headlights of the same wattage.
Higher wattage bulbs will cost a little more and won't last as long and may blind oncoming drivers.
