trying to replace turbo bypass valve...now I'm stuck

Ok, I got the new turbo bypass valve and I can't get the old one out. I went to loosen the clamps on the hose that goes into the turbo and that the valve is attached to, but the screws on the clamps are really rusted, and I can't turn them. The screws are also now slightly stripped. Not completely, but it will be harder now. Is there a better way?
Any hints on how to get these screws to turn on the hose clamps? There's not much room, and I can't even get my vise-grips in there to loosen them. I already soaked it with penetrating oil, and I tried to use a socket wrench, but that didn't work.
Just my luck, too. These are the only hose clamps that are completely rusted. All the other ones look nice and easy.:)
Thanks,
Matt
