Yes, there are. I am a firefighter/paramedic in Dallas,Texas. Most of the firemen here in Dallas drive trucks(it's Texas after all). Very few actually drive cars. I'm the only one out of 1600 (that I know of) that drives a SAAB, and a 240 Volvo. Talk about two sore thumbs!!! I have a truck also (56 Chevrolet)but is not as relaxing to drive through Dallas traffic as the cars. I have been enjoying my fellow firefighters squirming over the high gas prices since they make fun of my strange cars. I find it quite strange why someone would buy a new vehicle that burns the same amount of gas as a 1966 Lincoln with a 430v8. My SAAB can actually hold more than many of the trucks in the parking lot. When you get a 4 door crew cab that happens. Anyway,I doubt there are many of us.
