I would check for 12 volts at the coil with the ignition on. If power at coil, which I suspect, check for 12 volts at contact #4 on the test plug in the fuse box. If 12 volts here but not at the coil, the problem is in the green(white stripe) wire to the coil probably somewhere in the engine compartment. If no 12 volts at the plug, then I suspect a problem at the ignition switch or the wiring from the ignition switch to the fuse box.
I would next pull the console cover off and inspect the switch wiring and operation. Try directly powering the green/white wire at the switch to see what happens. If car starts, problem is the switch. If no start, then suspect the wiring harness from the switch to the bulkhead connector. You need to peel up the carpet to get to this and follow up to bulkhead connector adjacent to side of fusebox. All day job.
