It all comes down to how many quirky tools you have?
It is possible to reach the two upper nuts from the left speaker grill hole and the two bottom ones by removing the kick panel above pedals. You don't need to remove the knee bolster, just the kick panel and maybe move away the air duct.
Since I have plenty of 1/4" extensions and wobble sockets I always find a way to get in there, but if you only have a 13mm wrench it might be plenty difficult.
Just a 13mm socket and ratchet might not enough, but if you have a set of wobble extensions it should be possible.
Also, don't forget that the brake pedal arm needs to be disconnected from the brake booster.
