Brake/Parking Light Issues

I am hoping someone can assist me. I have a 900s Convertible '93 that is in great condition with no corrosion or water damage in the trunk. I am having issues with the taillights, which I understand to be common. My brake lights do not work, but the third one in the spoiler does. The passenger side (end of circuit) parking lights do not work. The turn signals on both sides, reverse lights both sides, and the parking lights on the drivers side all work fine.
In my odyssey, I have started at the fuse, the brake switch in the footwell works, wiring is clean and straight all the way back to the harness, the connectors are clean and I have checked the fit, I have replaced the light circuit panel/board, checked all grounds, re-grounded the circuit board as recommended in this site. I have replaced the fuse systematically with five separate fuses, none of which helped. I have run through several packages of light bulbs, all of which were good, so please don't tell me to change the bulb or fuse. This has been going on for a while.
Still have no lower brake lights or passenger park lights. Certainly someone in this board will have a suggestion or a cure? Winter's coming and I would like to have taillights.
