How does everyone keep breaking their fog lamps? I don't have them (yet) so I truely don't know.

Is it only in areas with snow banks? Is it only cars which have been lowered?

I live in an area which doesn't see snow but I have an '85 Turbo which is slightly lowered (Intrax Sport Springs). I have KYB shocks on there so the ride is pretty stiff. I do have problems scraping the air dam if I hit parking stones or my driveway slope too fast.

If I install fogs am I guaranteed to break them? Should I install them ABOVE the bumper (in front of the grill)?

Aren't they really more "driving lights" than "fog lights" as they're not yellow and come on IN ADDITION to the low-beams, rather than in lieu of them?
