I really wonder if everything is adjusted properly and hooked up right if you only have 500 Rpm at idle with warm engine.
Maybe the ECU have gotten messed up and commands the wrong idle.
Did you find the single wire at power steering reservoir (green/red).
It is another green/red wire going into the three pin connector too but that's not the one.
Boy! it's so frustrating trying to explain in words what would take seconds to check if the car was here, bear with me.
Next check. If you use a needle nose plier and pinch off the hose going to or from AIC valve, does the idle stay at 500 rpm or does the engine die or rev up?
If it stays at 500 Rpm it means that the ECU is commanding the AIC valve closed for some or another reason. It could be a fried ECU.
