You'll need to unbolt the ball joint from the lower part of the steering knuckle. You may want to check the ball joint play at this time & replace if loose. The ball joint bolts through the control arm are invariably rusted and may be easier to drill out if they don't come loose.
Make sure you place spacers between the frame & upper control arm before you jack up. The twinsaabs site had a nice improvised spacer made from washers.
The torque should be in Bentley - I believe it's about 66ft/lbs. You need to clean the threads to get an accurate torque though.
