Right, so my '88T is actually on the road FINALLY after this surreally-extended headgasket/trannyswap/timingchain/brake rebuild overhaul, and it is sweeeeeeeeet already to drive compared to what a pig it was as an auto. However.
I replaced alt, AC belts and crank pulley, PS belt still looked pretty solid so I left it. Didn't/don't wanna provoke a water pump failure as I've heard one can with a coolant flush and aggressive new-belt-tension, so I'm using restraint in tightening them, but I'm getting squeal now, and don't know which one is loose. It's happening pretty exclusively when revving from low rpms, when I downshift for turns/lights and on cold idle when it does that rpm-bouncing thing between revving and almost stalling for a bit.
Does this specific behavior suggest a particular belt, or could it be caused by any of them?
