At the front i use the stainless steel cross brace that runs under the transmission. Then i use jack stands under the the two box-shaped stiffeners that run lengthwise under the car. At the back i use the little wedge-shaped section in the middle of the car near the gas tank. Jack near the middle of this because the ends have a tencancy to crush.
These points get the whole front or rear of the car entirely off the ground (both wheels). You can also jack at the factory jack points but be sure to put a block of wood between the jacking point and your jack to prevent damage.
