I started by removing the grill and headlights. Impossible to get to the bolts otherwise.

After that remove the nuts on the outside brackets only to remove bumper. The nuts on the inside only hold the bumper to brackets that slip on the car only....you'll see once it's apart.

Next is removing the extensions....remove the bolt inside the wheel well, then the bolt holding the lower lip to the front part of the lower lip. Now extensions will come off by moving them forward (maybe backward, I can't remember).

Then remove driving lights. Now with the nuts off of the front brackets start moving the bumper away from the car...this is the hardest part! Once done the bumper will be off.

Oh and I forgot about removing the headlight wipers also when you remove the headlamps. You will also need to remove the wiper motors from their mounting brackets.

Don't know about the skin removal...I just sanded and painted mine.

Installation is the reverse of above. The trick for getting the bumper back on is to move the mounting brackets out until they are straight and sliding bumper on to them...then with a hammer....start pounding equally on each side until it is all the way back on the brackets. Again...hard to explain with words but you will see what I mean when you re-install.

Have fun!
