This happens pretty frequently- It has happened to my 84 turbo, and my 67 base model- just be glad it isnt on the left contol arm, like it was on my 87- but since I was swapping drivetrains anyway, it was much easier with the springs out!
For the right side, load the suspension, with the wheels on the ground, and if you're not comfotable with that, use a spring compressor to take some tension off the spring. Then unstake the locktab on the offending aluminum bracket that has the broken bolt head., remove the nut and the remaining bolt, and remove the bracket. You can use a pry bar to move the control arm slightly inboard. Use a GENEROUS amount of penetrant ( like PB Blaster) and soak the broken bolt- usually they corrode fast to the aluminum, but the threads in the captive nut are usually left intact- Try working the bolt back and forth with a vice grip until you can back it out completely.
If the bolt wont budge, you have to bite the bullet and drill it out- the captive nut is 10mmx1.5, and should have the threads dressed before putting the new bolt in. If the threads become destroyed by drilling, there is room to put on a nut and washer inside the fender panel, but clearance is tight!
And be careful with the spring-DONT take the weight off the suspension with the aluminum piece removed... if you want to keep your limbs..
