92 900T parking brake issue

I've noticed that the rear parking brake on my 92 900 Turbo (88k miles mint condition!) only acts on the right rear wheel and not on the left rear wheel. Is there an adjustment for this? I checked the center console thinking it was going to be like my 86 SPG (front park brake with 2 separate turn-buckles) but I only see one adjustment in there. Is it possible the caliper is frozen? I don't think so becase the rotor is shiny. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm not familiar with the rear park brake set ups as this is the first post-86 Saab brake problem I've ever had.
Also if I decide to bleed these brakes is there anything in particular that I need to know about the ABS systems or can I just hook up a brake bleeder (vacuum) to each capliper and pull some clean fluid down.
Thanks
Matt
