E Brake Cable Replacement

88SPG, interior is stripped naked as floorboards get welded shut. Have had a sticky RR ebrake problems since its been cold, and I know the boot/bellows is rotted on that side. Since new boots are $20 at the dealer, and entire cable is $30 at eeuroparts, might as well replace the entire cable while the carpet's up, right? Should I do both sides? Any gotchas on this job, such as adjustment?
