since you will lose leverage with it on the ground. Have someone jam the flywheel with a prybar, while you use a breaker bar and shortwell socket to break the bolt loose. There should be three bolts to remove some of the crank pulley, which you would have to do to get the socket on the big nut. Do a search for crank bolt, as there were two different sizes used. 27mm comes to mind, but I used a six-point 1-1/4" socket to remove the one on my '86.
