On my 86 900s the wire that runs through the fire wall and attaches to the throttle is loose. It is firmly connected at the pedal and the throttle but there is some slack in the wire. When the engine is off there is allot of play in the wire. It hangs about an 1" down. I was wondering if this was normal or should it be tightened? And if so what is the best way to do this?
