Cooling fans won't stay running...

Searched and haven't seen this one yet.
Replaced my radiator last night (it came with a fan switch installed). Warmed the car til t-stat opened, bled and ran to verify the fans kicked in. Odd thing is they start but immediately kill. Not blowing fuses. Could this be a bad fan switch or did I mess up some wiring? A coincidental fan relay failure? I did have the a/c fan switch wiring off but reinstalled properly.
Thanks.
