Those things go for 200K miles unless they've been damaged or something. Or unless you have to remove the caliper and replace the caliper for some other reason.
When you remove the brake line to the caliper, you might try soaking it for a few days in PBlaster or my preferred aerokroil. Liquid Wrench is easily available but doesn't work very well.
An you MUST use a six-point flare nut wrench. You might get away with an open end or crescent wrench or a vise grip mut most likely you will just round off the nut...and that will end up a BIG DEAL where you either have to replace the entire line from the flexible hose fitting near the passenger side of the rear axle or splice in a piece of brake line (needing, of course, double flare equipment).
One other thing..the piston on the caliper gozinta the caliper at a specified twist angle, something like 37degrees from the horizontal. There is a saab tool to align the piston but I've been able to do it carefully with a screwdriver and use the backing plate (there should be a backing plate on the piston side) to eyeball it and to feel when the tabs on the backing plate line up with the piston.
