Yeah, there is always some new peckerhaed trying his best to anger us all. You live in LA. There are more guns there than common sense. You won, you merged, and you kew this other guy had a loose screw. I know you were pissed, but so was he, and if he was driving like an "a" hole in a 3/4 ton, he can easily crush you. He was also driving a big fat 6,ooo lb truck. He could never outspeed you, so it was no contest. Just pull into the spot and play dumb. I usually head off these situations by giving a wave or a thumb's up to say thanks. So what if he didn't deserve it. I am 6' 200lb. 52" shoulders, and I still frequently tap the brake and let the idiot have the right of way. You are safer off with him in front of you and your foot controling the gas and brake pedals. Is it really worth a brawl in traffic? If you are crawling along, he can and will get out and invite you to dance. Unless you are ready to doe-see-doe, go easy. I've been in a few brawls, I've won decisively, and it was still never worth it. When all is said and done, did it really matter that you made it home that milisecond faster?

We all like to win, but there comes a point when you gotta back off. Beating an SVO or Camaro on the highway is much different than road raging with a large truck on a slow moving street where you and others can get hurt.
