Okay, I know someone out there will strafe me for this but I'm thinking it sounds like the mother of all vacuum leaks. I once bought a SAAB that sat for eight years. I found most of the grommets, including the one in the brake booster, were cracked and leaking badly.
In your case I'd check all the hidden spots like the charcoal canister, the lines underneath the intake manifold, etc. Even hoses that appear OK may be cracked and dried out under closer examination.
Also, check all the gaskets on the intake manifold side for leaks as well. You might want to pull your injectors and send them out to be rebuilt and blueprinted. They may be partially blocked or frozen.
