They've got to have a web site somewhere.. processing.... here it is.

Yep, I just had two of the Speed 506 tires put on my summer rims today; the other two will probably go on Tuesday night. I don't know how they ride yet. I left my Nokes on when it started snowing here.
The Nokian WR is meant to be a snow-savvy four-season tire. Everyone I talk to that owns a set loves them.
Gislaved Nord*Frost snows have traditionally been excellent rain, freezing rain, and especially slush tires. The NF3 is currently the officially-sanctioned tire sold at the Brick dealer where I work. Nice tires- I had a set on my '88 900 year round up to a year ago when they wore down. A little mushy on dry roads, after all, they're snow tires, and darned near impossible to get them to aquaplane in the rain due to the arrow tread.
A comparable Nokian product to the Nord*Frost 3 would be the Hakka RSi. I know nothing about them from personal experience. However, last year's new Hakka was the Hakka 2. I have four of those on my 900 now, and mom's got a set on the youngblood brick. No complaints whatsoever in snow. Awesome. Nokians have traditionally been better on snow, light slushy snow, and ice, even without studs.
My local dealer says a few years back Saab dropped Gislaved in favor of Nokian. Either way, they're both very, very nice tires in the snow. Both tire manufacturers list US distributors off their web pages as well. If in doubt and you can't get them anywhere else (call a bunch of places in the yellow pages; it'll keep your business local and maybe earn you a decent friend or two) but I know Volvo dealers will sell them to anyone. 185/65R15 will fit most classic 900s.
My tips: put good snows on all four. Bald tires in the rear allowed me to spin out my previous 900. Also, keep them under 34 psi and the squirm will diminish significantly. And finally, use 185-width tires. Wider is not better in the snow. There is a FAQ page off the TSN mainpage about snow tires. The info is around ten years old, but still relevant.
Have fun!
