I'm definately depressed about it but....it is really going to help out the friend who has had alot of personal troubles the past few years and is trying to sort his life out. Being able to buy a car for $2K that he knows has been taken care of will go a long way in helping out.
My plan is to find a solid turbo/SPG down south once we move. Then I will have the space to rip it apart and restore it. My '90 has some rust issues that have been addressed and it's not a turbo so those are my main reasons for deciding to let it go. That and having one less thing to worry about because of my OCD behavior towards SAAB's. The '94 conv. we have is as close to perfect as I have seen in a classic 900 so I still have that in the mean time....but I will really miss the feel of a classic 900 hatchback...the '00 9-3 is nice but just not the same feel.
I'm sure I'll be off of the ledge after it's all done but it just doesn't feel good now.
It's still just a car....right?
